Hand sinks equipped with soap and paper towel Coolers less than 4C, -18C. Front beer cooler running warm 20C, staff already aware and have called for servicing. Items transferred to working walk in cooler. Glasses are being washed in dishwasher until glass washer is serviced. Do not use glass washer until it maintains at least 100ppm chlorine 6 months given to repair/resurface counters in kitchen
