Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both Quats sanitizer pails (front and back) had no detectable sanitizer concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizing solution must be maintained at 200ppm to proper sanitize food contract surfaces. Sanitizer pails were refilled and tested at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Washroom handwash station does not dispense paper towels properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Paper towel dispenser was repaired at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was on defrost mode at the time of inspection (-6C).
-Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked (discarded/used within 2 or 4 hours, depending on the product).
-Under counter cooler was at 1C.
-Burger patty freezer was at -9C.
-French fry freezer was at -13C.
-Ice cream freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Beef burger patties were greater than 71C and chicken patties were greater than 74C.
-Grilled onions and mushrooms cooled in shallow trays and were less than 4C. Grilled onion reheated on the grill to greater than 71C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Glasswasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the glass surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Kitchen and front service area handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Slicers were found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Staff member had valid FoodSafe Level 1 (February 16, 2022).
