Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any sanitizer in container that was suppose to be sanitizer in the front service area. No concerns with sanitizer in the back food preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution in made fresh daily and maintained at 100ppm

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (inserts, under counter coolers, dry storage cooler units...etc)
Freezers -18C or less.
All hot holding of foods in inserts at front display case higher than 60C.
No donair cone available at time of inspection.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns. Drain plugs available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights had covers...etc).
