- Temperature Control: Walk in cooler: 3 C. Temperature gauge appears to be accurate. Monitor holding temperatures throughout the day.
- Sanitation: Good improvement noted. Continue efforts to keep this facility clean and organized. Ensure all "hard to reach" areas (below/under equipment, etc) is being cleaned on a regular basis.
- Pest Control: Ongoing. Ensure an active pest control program is maintained. Baseboard/ceiling gaps sealed. Reminder: Increased sanitation is part of an effective pest control program!
