Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various in-use utensils were being stored in a bucket of sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store in-use utensils in sanitizer. Utensils must be visibly clean before soaking in sanitizer and must be air dried before using. Store utensils dry, in ice water ≤ 4°C, or in hot water ≥ 60°C instead. Clean and sanitize the utensils and storage bucket at least every 4 hours.
