Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Minimal food preparation conducted. - Prep cooler at 0C. - Stainless steel cooler at 3C and freezer at -15C - Hand wash station was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution sanitizer spray bottle present. - High temp mechanical dishwasher used for dishwashing. The temperature on dish surface during rinse cycle recorded at 72.8C. - No signs of pest activity observed. NOTE - Operator is planning to renovate the facility in future. Please contact your district EHO prior to making any service change.
