Most outstanding items have been corrected except for: 1. Prep line cooler still not repaired. Water is not draining properly and causing water to pool and be stagnant in the bottom of the drawers (creating mold/algae). 2. Light cover still missing over the cooking area (inside fume hood). 3. Ceiling tiles and vents above cooking area have dirt debris that need to be cleaned. Continue with the regular cleaning of the premises. Follow up for the above items: May 31, 2019. Glassware washer had 50 ppm chlorine residual. All sanitize bottles have been labelled. Beverage cooler has been cleaned inside. Thank you for your effort.
