Observation: Pink mildew is noted in ice machine and water is dripping onto ice.
Correction: Unplug machine, remove ice, and sanitize machine.

Observation: No liquid handsoap at handwashing station. It is mentioned that the sink is not a handwashing station.
Correction: Ensure liquid handsoap is present at handwashing station.

The following items have been noted:
-->Ice machine has been cleaned and is in sanitary condition.
-->Liquid soap in squeeze bottle is present at lone handwashing station
-->Back loading bay doors are both open, but facility is handling deliveries at this time.
-->Ensure back loading bay doors are closed when not in use.

Original floor plan has been reviewed with manager. It is indicated on the approved floor plan that the lone sink at the warehouse is a designated handwashing station. Ensure liquid handsoap and paper towel are available at all times.
