Corrective Action(s): Clean beans, etc from the inside of the cupboards in the front service area and from under the back shelving units; the floor in the back requires mopping; the back countertop in the front service area needs to be wiped down.

-The temperature log's being maintained. WHEN RECORDING TEMPERATURES, INDICATE DEGREES C OR F IF YOU'RE RECORDING IN BOTH.
