- Handsinks and washroom sinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution available in spray bottles throughout the premise. Solution is bought pre-mixed. No dilution on site is required.
- Ice machine maintained and ice scoop stored in sanitary condition.
- Low temperature dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine residual detected at the plate (as per test strips).
- Frequently used utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized every hour or more frequently as necessary according to Staff. Observed staff constantly loading and running the dishwasher during the inspection.
- Vent hood and grease panels appeared in sanitary condition. No obvious grease build up.
- Pest control devices noted on site. Services are provided by Terminix Canada.
