Comments

General sanitation was satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted. Pest control service is provided. Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment were satisfactory. Handwashing stations were satisfactory. Quats sanitizer was at appropriate level (wiping cloth bucket and manual dishwashing). Test strips are available. Sanitizer was detected in the dishwasher rinse cycle (chlorine). Obtain test strips and use to monitor daily. In-use tongs stored in buckets of ice water- good. Permit is posted in plain sight. Organize storage of personal belonging, i.e., purses, jackets...etc. They should be in a designated area away from food storage.
