Observation: Mouse droppings found on pallet and on paint can in upstairs storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and sanitize the affected areas. No signs of mice found anywhere else. Spoke to staff and they indicated that premise is serviced by a licensed pest control company approximately once per month using mechanical traps.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices appeared to be good.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staffs hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory,
General sanitation was satisfactory except as noted above.
Quats sanitizers (buckets) were 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
