Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # AKAO-BMDVZ2 of Mar-04-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Final rinse temperature for dishwasher ranged from 67 to 68.8 C at the plate surface. Correction: Repair or adjust the dishwasher so that it reaches at least 71 C at the plate surface or 82 C at the guage ( immediately)

Banquet kitchen - Completely cleaned up and organized. Broken and/or unused equipment and items removed or stored away. Pictures taken of this space. - Dishwasher checked and measured 50 ppm chlorine. - Handwash stations stocked and ok. **Monitor small clamshell cooler for temperature, and ensure it can consistently maintain food at 4 C or less. Checked with probe thermometer and measured 7.5 C and 10 minutes later at 2.5 C. Main kitchen - Completely cleaned up and organized. Walk-in cooler, dishpit, cookline, handwash stations, janitor and staff washroom, and back door area all cleaner and better organized. - Pest Control contract in place and technician provided trapping and recommendations for staff to follow. Access points blocked off and activity much less. No droppings noted. *continue to monitor and control as discussed. Dishwasher noted at 71 C at plate. OK. Food containers in walk-in cooler covered. Food not exposed to contamination. PLEASE NOTE: Correction noted an artifact from old inspection report. Disregard.
