Observation: Observed glass washer to be registering 0ppm when tested.
Correction: Ensure that glasswasher is fixed/repaired for proper sanitization of glassware. Test solution to ensure chlorine solution at the proper concentration (minimum of 50ppm).
Correct by: Immediately. Temporary measure, operator is running glassware through kitchen diswasher.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Observed handwashing sinks missing paper towel in dispensers.
Correction: Ensure that hand washing sinks are adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towel in dispensers.

Line cooler repair completed and unit maintaining a temperature of 4C and below. Seal for walk-in cooler also fixed.

Glasswasher now registering a minimum of 50ppm.

Paper towel in dispensers now available at hand washing sinks. Ensure bar sink paper towel dispenser available.
- Code 209 corrected.
Food stored in walk-in cooler with lids and food not placed in wire rack for cooling. Ensure office supplies are stored in a designated area away from food.
- Code 309 Corrected. Surface sanitizer solutions and bottles labelled.

- Code 306 improvements noted.
Dry storage area organized, shelving/racks in walk-in cooler cleaned, walk-in cooler & oven floors cleaned.

Areas to focus on for cleaning:
- Equipment - in/around dishwasher, ventilation hood and in between equipment, inside ice machine, oven (move items to get to hard to reach areas).
