Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on October 28, 2019 (RPT#: BCUD-BHDUKX). The following was noted:
Walk-in cooler has been repaired and is at an ambient temperature of 1C. You may now begin using the walk-in cooler for storage of potentially hazardous foods
Dispenser unit has yet to be repaired; however, it is currently supplemented on ice as per previous inspection. Technician ETA is today, October 29.
Contact the Environmental Health Officer once both milk dispenser units reach an ambient temperature of 4C or less. Manager will be putting milk / cream inside jugs under mechanical refrigeration until dispenser has reached an ambient temperature of 4C or less. Furthermore, milk and cream dispensed from these units must also be at an internal temperature of 4C or less
