Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-C76R68 and #KLIU-C7BQD7 Prep cooler has been replaced, now able to maintain air temperature of 4C or colder. > Undercounter portion: 2.8C > Insert level: 3.4C **Reminder to maintain temperature logs; monitor temperature minimum 2 times a day, at the very least upon opening and during mid-shift is recommended. Walk-in freezer now organized so that all food items are off the floor. Walk-in cooler now in sanitary condition - spilled sauce, food debris/scraps removed from under shelving units. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed on site.
