Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, traps in place. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Temperature and dishwasher records were up to date. Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
