Observation: Air temperature in the upright stainless steel cooler and one of the small under-counter coolers registered 9 and 8.5 degrees C, respectively. Only pizza dough was stored in these coolers at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair the unit so that they are maintained at 4 degrees C or below at all times. Ensure the large pizza dough pans do not block the air flow ( Immediatley).

Beer coolers below 4 C
Beverage cooler below 4 C.
Dishwasher final rinse : 71 C at the plate surface.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
