Observation: Handles for rice cooker still need repair. Owner has tried to repair unsuccessfully. Handles must be repaired. Duct tape must be removed.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Large chopping board was being stored on the floor between the dishwasher and prep sink.

Corrective Action: Do not store food contact surfaces on the floor to prevent contamination. Ensure chopping board is washed and sanitized with 100ppm chlorine before it is used for food preparation and find new place to stroe chopping boards in the future.

- Scoops removed from bins
- Sushi rice recipe has had a slight increase of acidity - now pH measures 4
