Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CCCS9H: > Shelf level of prep table has been cleaned, food debris still remains underneath the shelf level (old fries, egg shells, miscellaneous food items) --> please ensure this is included in your daily end of day cleaning. > Creamers are now kept in the prep cooler at all times. No longer being kept in thermoses for self-serve. > Hot held unit was turned off at the time. Remember to sufficiently re-heat food items to 74C minimum before placing into hot holding unit. The hot holding unit is not meant to reheat. As of March 11, 2022, public health order for mask mandate has been lifted. This facility does not provide table service, proof of vaccination is not required. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with operator on site.
