A part is on order as per operator. Corrective Action(s): Continue to use a chlorine solution of 100-200ppm to sanitize dishes and utensils after cleaning. Soak for 2 minutes and air dry. Repair dishwasher as soon as possible so that it can provide a final sanitizing rinse automatically as per manufacturer's specifications. Violation Score: 15
