-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler (kitchen) was at 4C.
-Upright cooler (front area) was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Fried food items are rapidly cooled in the freezer - foods cooked this morning were at 4C in the cooler.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw foods were stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 26, 2028.
