General observations:
All coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
All freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Reviewed temperature logs - no concerns noted.
Food storage practices were good.
Organization of storage areas in the front and back of house were satisfactory.
Upstairs storage room is organized and unnecessary items have been removed.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staffs hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Quats sanitizers had concentrations of 200ppm.
Discussed with manager about placement of sanitizer bucket for back of house - options include placement near deep fryers or installing a wall-mounted bracket for the bucket above the hand sink.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
