Paper based inspection Report #252572: All outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected. Low temp dishwasher has chlorine reading of 100 ppm (surface). Dressing containers now stored in proper bags. Coolers now have thermometer installed inside the units. *keep all food containers off the floor (on palettes). Thank you for your cooperation.
