Premises was previously closed for over a month to do renovations and thorough cleaning (as a result of previous inspection report)
-Kitchen has been completely renovated: new tile flooring throughout kitchen, new tile ceilings, new lighting, and repaired pipes
-Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72 deg C after rinse cycle

Kitchen is now bright and easy to see all surfaces. All surfaces are smooth/easy to clean
General sanitation is excellent. All old items have been removed/decluttered
-No signs of pests at time of inspection; operator provided recent pest control report indicating there was no activity
-Operator now has valid FOODSAFE certificate renewed
