ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Cleaning has occurred throughout facility including floors, exhaust canopy grill, storage rooms and floors
- Duct tape has been removed from under counter cooler unit
- Sanitizer solution available on site and measured to be 200ppm chlorine and in use by staff
- No improper cooling observed
- No improper hand washing observed
- No improper thawing observed
- Coolers have been reorganized such that all raw meats/eggs are now on the bottom
- Dishwasher now achieving final sanitizing rinse of 76.9 degrees Celsius at the dish; greater than 71 degrees Celsius achieved for multiple runs - Dishwasher had been serviced by technician as confirmed by owner (requires long heat up time and was initially turned off during previous inspection)

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Ice wands remain in chest freezer unprotected from contamination. These items should be in a container or in clean bags. The freezer is a chest freezer and is not able to protect these items from contamination.
