Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 29, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5ZTJH). Improvements were made to the sanitary condition of the facility:

- Staff had conducted a deep clean of the kitchen, especially underneath the cook line. Slats of the ventilation canopy have also been cleaned - excellent
- Oyster shells have been removed from facility
- Scoops are all securely stored outside of food bins
- Inside the coolers, cardboard boxes have been replaced with plastic bins
- No tempura stored outside at room temperature - staff aware that tempura should be stored in the cooler when not immediately required for use
- Automatic soap dispenser next to sushi hand wash station has been stocked with soap
