Note: The hot water handle at the front 3-compartment sink faucet is difficult to turn and will require replacement soon.
The owner is FoodSafe Level 1 certified, expiry date March 2, 2024. Ensure that it is renewed.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the front under counter cooler, which wasn't turned on during the inspection.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test daily.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
Ice machine is cleaned regularly.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is on contract.
