Bleach solution in sanitizer bottle measured > 200ppm chlorine. Test strip "bleached out".

Handsink obstructed at the start of inspection. Pots stored inside and garbage bins in front blocking access.

Corrective action: all raw meats must be stored below raw vegetables and other ready to eat foods.
- Relocate items so there is a designated space for raw meats and eggs on bottom layer.
