Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sure shot cream machine near the coffee machines does not maintain dairy temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius. This could be due to coffee machines sitting too close to the sure shot cooling unit.
Corrective Action(s): Coffee makers moved away from the sure shot machine. Dairy product discarded.
