Observation: Operator has switched out his commercial dishwasher for a domestic one since the former broke down.
Correction: You must replace the domestic dishwasher with a commercial one ASAP. Until then, wash the dishes in the dishwasher then soak in a bleach solution in the sink before air drying as discussed.

Operator has purchased a new commercial dishwasher. Rinse temperature at plate level was 74 degC.
