Routine inspection conducted. The following observations were made:

General comments:
- Facility is in excellent sanitary condition
- No potentially hazardous foods present on premise, no food processing occurs
- Facility sells two types of chocolates: long shelf life chocolates (12 months) and shorter shelf-life chocolates (~3-4 weeks, typically with creme filling)

1. Temperatures
- All three freezers at -20C (Min: -18C)
- Thermometers are present in all freezers

2. Storage
- All chocolates are stored in sanitary condition, either securely in cabinets or inside original packaging
- Chocolates on glass display are rotated out every 3 weeks, sneeze guard present up front to protect foods from contamination
- Packaging for chocolates is securely stored in cabinets
- All food items are elevated at least 6' off floor - good

3. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Handwash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Gloves are single-use only, discarded after each use
- Bleach spray bottle available with 200 ppm chlorine residual

4. Administrative
- All chocolates are still transported from out of province (Calgary, Alberta) and are logged by batch number and sell-by date
