Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets, spray bottle, and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Food-grade H2O2 available on-site. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs test strips available.
Prep coolers measured at 4C. Milk/cream-dispensers measured at 0C. Stand-up freezers at back of house measured at -18C and stand-up coolers at the back of house measured at 4C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. All cold-holding and hot-holding units met temperature health requirements.
Temperature logs being recorded online.
No signs of pests observed.

All outstanding infractions in report#JCHY-C3YMMZ have been corrected:
-Operator have written Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan on-site for review.

NOTE: Ensure at least one person with FoodSafe certification level 1 is present within the premise at all times. Print-out staff Foodsafe certification and have it available on-site for review by EHO. Ensure daily cleaning of floors underneath the stand-up coolers and freezers are conducted.
