- All coolers- walk-in cooler, undercounter cooler near drive-through window,sandwich prep cooler, display cooler, milk cooler are measured at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer us functional and is measured at -18C
- Hot holding units are all measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution buckets are measured at 200ppm quats concentration. Sanitizer at the three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
