Observation: Fruit flies observed in dishwashing pit and back chemical storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire premise. Focus cleaning efforts underneath, behind and in all hard to reach areas. Consult with contractred pest control company to address fruit fly issue. Remove unused equipment/old food containers. Correct by Sept 28, 2021.

Spiderwebs observed behind and underneath equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Focus cleaning efforts underneath and behind all heavy equipment and shelves. Thoroughly clean all shelves and dry storage containers on the shelves. Clean fans in cooler and freezer. Clean vents on ceiling. Remove spider webs.

***FSP 13-1 Display Management System Log not in use. Follow your food safety plan by using the log and having it available for review, noting the production time and discard time of the croissants, savoury rolls, pullaparts, pizza, twist, and scones.***

***Do not store food items near chemical storage/washroom area***

-Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
-Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
-200ppm quats dispensed from the 2 compartment sink chemical dispensing station.
***Morning Mist Neutral disinfectant used front of house. Note, the manufacturer's instructions state this product should only be used in hospitals, schools and institutional settings. Do not use product on food contact surfaces.***
-2 door cooler at 4 degrees C.
-2 door freezer at -16 degrees C (should be -18 C, continue to monitor and adjust if necessary).
