Comments

- Facilities and supplier are adequate for hand washing. Gloves available. Ensure to use gloves properly and hand washing still very important and not replaced with glove use.
- Cold-holding temperatures @ maximum 4C (ambient temp.)
- Hot-holding for roast beef above 60C internal temp
- Frozen foods kept @ -18C
- Food items stored to protect from contamination, in coolers and food storage areas
- Pest control monitoring in place
- General sanitation was satisfactory

NOTE: Some days were not completed for temperature monitoring. Ensure temp. log is updated as this is an important part of your Food Safety Plan Management.

- Dishwasher installed is not of commercial grade. This was noted in the previous district EHO's report. Commercial dishwasher required if there are greater than ten (10) seats in food service establishment. Previous inspection report to be given to operator.

At this time, most items sold are take out and food placed in single-use container.
