*Please confirm with the chemical supplier if Haddon one-step quats based disinfectant is "no-rinse sanitizer" for food contact surfaces.
Only NO-rinse type sanitizers should be used at food contact surfaces for sanitizing step.
* Quats sanitizer (Haddon) at the dispenser tested 300 ppm. Adjust the sanitizer strength to 200 ppm.
* Ensure whole chicken or turkeys are cooked to an internal temperature of 85 degrees C.
* De-liming required for interior of the ice maker.

Walk-in cooler below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer below -18 degrees C.
Upright cooler below 4 degrees C.
