-Inspection in response to ownership change. -No changes to layout or operation of food premises, menu. -Health application + health permit fee ($150.00 via cheque to Fraser Health) received -Copy of Operator's foodsafe level 1 certificate received. -Baker also has foodsafe level 1 -Previous food safety + sanitation plans adopted. Copies present on-site. -General sanitation of premises satisfactory -Handsinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap + paper towel -High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse measured 74.9 deg. C at dish surface. -Quats sanitizer present in spray bottles and in containers where wiping cloths are stored. Test strips present to verify concentration -Coolers were < and/or = 4 deg. C -Freezer was -13 deg. C -Pest control contract in place *Ensure floors are kept clear to facilitate cleaning + monitoring for pest activity -Health approval granted. Permit will be sent by mail.
