Door sweep has been added, and a repair of tiles has been scheduled for back door. Good Lids have been added to all containers except large bins in walk in cooler Scoops have been almost entirely removed from products. As discussed, keep scoops outside of product in clean containers. Ensure scoops have handles to prevent contamination Temperature logs provided at time of inspection Display cooler still variable in temperatures. Service this machine! Follow up in 1 week
