Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (The handsink by the cook line in the kitchen was not functional at the time of inspection.

Corrective action: Repair the handsink immediately. Staffs mentioned handwashing is done by the handsink located in the front prep area. Proper handwashing is important to prevent the transmission of foodborne illness - causing diseases.

Follow up inspection to last routine inspection.

The following items have been corrected from last inspection:
1. Front insert cooler is at 4c. Cooler was repaired August 9th by professional company.
2. Thermometers are available in front insert cooler.
3. Handwashing sink in back kitchen area has been fixed. Hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels are available for handwashing purposes.

The following still requires operators attention:
1. Walk in cooler requires thermometer on inside of cooler.
2. Ensure to keep a daily temperature log for all coolers.
3. All food items must be stored in food grade containers/bags.
The above noted items must be corrected for next inspection.
