Corrective Action(s): Purchase a second bottle of soap that can stay here permanently rather than borrowing one of the two at the hand wash station in the waitressing area.

-Two door under counter cooler is still under repair but is not being used for food storage. Staff stated that the repair person is coming back later today to finish fixing it.
