Observation: Select stations observed with mouse activity. Most activity limited to floor and corners.
- Caramel station. Floor wall corners.
- Popcorn station. Floor wall corners.

Corrective Action(s): Continue to target the hard to reach areas to make sure no food is easily available to the mice.
Make sure pest control is locating traps'/glueboards in mouse pathways.
Pest control just in but usually monthly visits.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: a) Observed definite access points at doorways (front and back). These look active and significant, as they pass under door frame and are potentially interconnected to foundation leading to exterior of building.
b) Additional holes and/or bite marks observed in walls along baseboards, especially in the popcorn area. Showed manager.
Corrective Action(s): a) and b) These access points should be given high priority for filling/blocking as part of the Integrated Pest Management system. Please follow up with building owner and communicate action plan to me when able. Again, this should be a priority.

Handwash stations ok.
Dish sinks ok.
Quats sanitizer at sinks (auto) dispensing at 200 ppm.
Cooling units less than 4 C.
Freezer at -8 C. (Empty at time of inspection).

Production space to be shared with separate business. Facility is capable of this, but written contract necessary (in essence a commissary) defining responsibilities and timing arrangements. Shared space - must not be operating at the same times. More info to follow.
