Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Discussed manual dishwashing with staff. Staff washes & rinses dishware then dips in bleach sanitizer & air dry. Dishware must be soaked in bleach sanitizer for 2 mins. Ensure all staff is reminded.)

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (1)Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces was at 50ppm. Test strips were present but no longer detecting chlorine. Package appears old.

New container of chlorine test strips are present for checking sanitizer concentration for sanitizing dishes and food contact surfaces.
Manager and staff of duty familiar with proper manual dishwashing method (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry)
Sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine) present in spray bottle
Premises was re-organized (as per previous inspection) to ensure chemicals are stored away from food preparation and storage areas and to ensure food and food packaging are stored away from sources of contamination.
