- Ventilation hood now fixed. Fans are working - Thermometers available - Temperature log now maintained. >> Please check twice a day. Opening and Closing. >> Please also check hot holding of beans - Drawer of utensils now observed to be clean and sanitary. - Bean hot holding measure 60C and above - Owner has removed fries from menu until there is a fryer set up under the ventilation hood. >> Frying falafels must be done under the ventilation hood. - Rice cooker in the back prep room now properly placed on the table - Back handwashing station observed unobstructed.
