Observation: 1) Water filters were last changed in Dec. 2015. They should be changed every 4-6 months.
2) Scoops in the dry storage bins were not being stored properly.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Get the filters changed (DONE DURING INSPECTION)
2) Store scoops in dry foods with their handle pointing outwards so as not to come in direct contact with the food.
