Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Line cooler on left side was in defrost cycle and had air temperature of 10 deg C. Foods in bottom compartment probed to be at 4-5 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust cooler such that defrost cycle doesn not occur during meal times as this is when staff are going into the cooler the most.
