Observation: 1) Wiping rags were stored on the table and not in sanitizer solution. These need to be stored in a sanitizer solution to prevent spread of contamination
2) Ice machine in the kitchen has buildup of mildew on the front. The ice machine bin needs to be thoroughly cleaned
3)2 plates by the food prep table had food debris on it. Ensure clean plated are stored in the clean section and remoe dirty dishes.
4) Utensils at front bar stored in standing water. These must be stored in ice
Corrective Action(s): 1) Store wiping rags in a sanitizer solution
2) Empty out ice bin and clean entire bin
3) Remove 2 dirty plates and place in dishwasher
4) Reclean the utensils stored in the standing bucket of water and the water with ice

2) Discard chicken bags that have contacted the floor. Do not store food on the floor.
