Routine Inspection
- Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the hand sinks.
- Coolers were 4 C or colder
- Freezer was - 18 c or coder except for freezer 1 near the entrance.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 78.2 C at the plate.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer was 200 ppm in the bucket with wiping cloths.
- Chemicals were labelled properly and stored separately from food.
- Overall, the food premises was in sanitary condition.
