The dispenser is not working. Paper towels were placed next to hand wash sink, as a temporary fix. Corrective Action(s): Ensure there are always paper towels stocked at the handwash station. Operator explains that a work order has been placed for the replacement/repair of the door. Corrective Action(s): Ensure this gap/hole is repaired and covered to avoid potential pest entry.
