Routine Inspection
- All cooler units registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C
- All freezer units registered a temperature at or below - 18 deg C
- All hot holding registered a temperature at or above 60 deg C
- All handwashing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Three compartment sink set up for manual warewashing, drain plugs available and sanitizer solution registered at 200 ppm QUATs
- Sanitizer bucket registered at 100 ppm chlorine
- Sanitizer spray bottles registered at 200 ppm QUATs
- Overall sanitation is adequate. Note: ensure that hard to reach areas are also cleaned during normal cleaning schedule
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner, scoop is stored outside
- No signs of obvious pest activity
- External licensed pest control services are in place
